TU-Lomat Oy sets the amount of the user fees annually.
User fees are paid as follows:
Annual and seasonal fees and electricity bills are invoiced once a year, no later than May. The period of use of the annual pitch runs until 30 April each year. The annual pitch must be terminated by the user at least 4 weeks before the end of the period of use, otherwise the next period will also be invoiced.
The current fees can be found in the price list at www.kopparo.fi. TU-Lomat Ltd may terminate the right to use an annual, seasonal or guest site in the area even in the middle of the period of use. If TU-Lomat Oy terminates the use of a site in the middle of a period of use already paid for, TU-Lomat Oy will refund the user the full fee for that period. Electricity readings will be communicated to milla.sepponen@tivonet.fi by October at the latest. In case of abandonment of the place, the reading will be communicated to this e-mail as soon as possible.
The labels must be affixed in an easily accessible place. The stickers will be checked during July. If the sticker is not affixed by 15 July, an additional fee of €50 will be charged for clarification.
If discounts on the annual or seasonal fee have been granted, all caravan/caravan/boat owners and operators must be entitled to a discount. Except for banks and finance companies, where all owners must be eligible for a discount.
The right of access is not restricted to a specific site, but TU-Lomats can propose a new site in the area if necessary. The transfer to the new location must be carried out by the user within two weeks of being informed.
Guest fee
If the holder of the right to use the boat, tent or touring vehicle has guests staying overnight who are not members of the holder’s household, a so-called guest fee and other possible usage fees will be charged.
Guests can only be on site at the same time as the host.
Members staying in their own boat, tent, camper van or caravan will be charged according to the price list.
Services are available from May to September and limited services during the winter months.
During the winter season, the public areas are locked. The holder of an annual seat can redeem a numbered winter key against a receipt for €25, of which €15 remains as a deposit to be paid back when the key is returned. To obtain the key, please send an e-mail to info@kopparo.fi or call 050 339 8855.
Some of the public areas in the area are equipped with electronic locks that operate with a door code. If you wish to use the door codes, you can obtain the code by emailing info@kopparo.fi or 050 339 8855. If the winter keys are to be withdrawn altogether, this will be announced separately. During the summer period, in public areas with door codes, the code 1234 can be used.
When entering the site, you will receive a site user ID, which must be clearly displayed for the duration of your stay. Visitors will receive their badges from the restaurant. If the restaurant is closed, please call 050 3398855 for more information.
To enjoy the area, it is important that people who stay there observe cleanliness and good manners. It is forbidden to cause any disturbance to other users of the area or to residents and neighbours. Please remember the rules of public rights of way.
You must respect the speed limits and exercise caution in the area.
Pets must be kept tied up. It is forbidden to walk them on the beach or in children’s play areas.
Feeding wild animals is prohibited.
For your general well-being, keep your campsite environment tidy.
Dispose of different types of waste in the containers provided. Separate personal waste containers outside the wagons are prohibited.
Do your bit to clean up the common areas of the site, including the dishwashing areas.
Dishwashing facilities are intended exclusively for washing dishes.
Chemical toilet emptying only in designated emptying areas.
You can fish in the Kopparö waters without a licence by angling and angling.
When fishing with a rod, 18-64 year olds must have paid a state fishing fee, which allows them to fish with one rod. You can also buy a fishing permit for the Koppärö area from the restaurant in the area, which entitles you to fish with several rods in your own waters. One fishing permit allows you to use one additional rod. However, a maximum of ten free rods/licences may be used in one boat. Fishing permits for additional rods are also required for whitefish fishing using throwing gear.
Kopparö’s waters also include a nature reserve, which is marked on the map of the area. Fishing of any kind is prohibited at all times.
Fires are only allowed in designated areas, e.g. in cooking and barbecue shelters. Firewood may not be felled from growing trees and fires may not be lit in places other than those built for this purpose, e.g. barbecue shelters on islands.
Every user has a responsibility to handle fire carefully and prevent fire damage.
Ensure the safe use of gas barbecues. The use of lightweight barbecues that can be placed directly on the ground and are easily knocked over by the wind (e.g. disposable barbecues) is considered to be an open fire. Do not use gas grills on light roofs.
Everyone is responsible for keeping their own caravan, tent and boat pitch tidy.
It is forbidden to build your own jetties.
There is a household waste disposal service in the area. Any waste that is not part of the service is to be removed by the owner. It must not be left in or outside the collection bins.
The Tammisaari waste station is located at Insinöörintie 6 (Horsback) +358 20637 7027. The station is open Mon and Wed 11-18, Tue, Thu and Fri 11-16, and Saturdays 9-12.
Be discreet with radio, TV and music equipment in the area at all times of the day and night. Use of loud equipment without permission is prohibited (e.g. aggregate).
Quiet time in the area is from 23.00 to 07.00 on weekdays and from 00.00 to 07.00 on dance nights.
Touring vehicles must be externally clean and the carriages must always be in running order.
Car washing is prohibited in the area.
The condition of the fire extinguisher cylinder and gas equipment (test pull) of the touring vehicle must be checked annually. The owner of the site has the right to check the fire extinguishers and test pressure certificates, if necessary. A re-inspection fee of €50 applies if the inspection is not carried out.
Follow the instructions of the staff and the safety distances given when choosing the location of the trolley.
The safety distance in the Kopparo area is at least 7 metres measured from the outermost point of the structure (touring vehicle or front tent) for annual and seasonal pitches. For guest pitches, the safety distance shall be 4 metres.
You may place your own towing vehicle in the resulting safety zone if it is at least 3.5 metres from an adjacent car or towing vehicle and its accessories owned or controlled by another person.
The connection end of the electrical cable must bear a name and a registration number that identifies the cable. For those paying for their electricity by electricity meter, all electricity, including the electrical equipment in the front tent, must go through the electricity meter. TU-Lomat Ltd can read the users’ electricity meters and check the electrical connections.
Storage of trailers, boats and boat trailers in designated areas.
The summer season is valid from 1 May to 30 September in the region. Winter storage and winter services are not included in the price. The purchaser of a seasonal pitch is not entitled to reserve his/her caravan pitch for the following season or to leave his/her belongings on the site after the season.
Discharge of grey water and waste water into the ground is prohibited. It is forbidden to connect your own water connections to the site system. All carriages must be fitted with an appropriate drainable grey water tank.
The space under the trolley must be kept tidy and nothing must be stored in it in such a way as to prevent, for example, inspection of the grey water connection.
If requested, the user must present the necessary documents to the owner of the site (e.g. insurance or ownership details when granting discounts).
The owner of the site can also check the authorised use of the touring vehicle without the user being present (e.g. size of the caravan area, toll stickers or grey water).
A separate equipment and electrical guide for recreational vehicles has been prepared for the area. All activities on the site must be in accordance with the instructions of the site owner.
Camping:
Camping is allowed in designated areas in the Kopparö area. After dismantling the campsite, no signs of staying there may remain on the ground, and rubbish and other non-natural objects must be taken to the containers provided.
Saunas:
The use of saunas on the site is announced on the notice board on the website www.kopparo.fi. General sauna hours are included in the fees. It is also possible to rent a sauna on request.
Boats must display an inspection sign. The mark shall be affixed in a place where it is easily visible. If the sticker is not affixed by 15 July, an additional fee of €50 will be charged for clarification.
Observe the speed limits on the water in the area, watch out for excessive waves.
Motorboats are not allowed to be moored on sauna platforms, and it is not allowed to drive inside the marker buoys in the vicinity of such platforms.
The holder of a boat mooring must also pay a seasonal or daily fee for the boat if the boat is used as accommodation or if he/she uses the facilities of the area.
See the emergency plan for the area. Do not drive a motorboat near bathing beaches and saunas. When you go out to sea or off-road, tell someone about your intentions.
Life jackets must be worn on rented boats.
The following are not covered by insurance in the area: carriages, boats, accidents, theft and vandalism. Nor does it cover storm damage. It is everyone’s responsibility to insure their property. All touring vehicles (caravans and motorhomes) must have valid fire insurance.

Don’t leave unnecessary traces; this way, unspoilt nature will retain its charm. The water areas also include a nature reserve, which is marked on the map of the area.
The nature reserves are marked on the map of the area and everyone must respect the provisions therein. During the closed period from 15.4 to 15.7 landing is prohibited and boating in the area should be avoided. Fishing in the area is prohibited all year round (Decision: JMT 1136/13.9.1991).
The guide defines the location of the touring vehicle and its equipment. The requirements may vary slightly depending on the shape of the area. For guidance on how to equip the site, please consult the Kopparö info at info@kopparo.fi.
The total net built-up area of the trailer and other structures/roofs/roofs/shelters does not exceed 65 square metres, depending on the location. The maximum area of the campsite, including the motor vehicle parking area and other yard areas, is 130 square metres.
The basic price of a campervan pitch includes a campervan, a front tent and a towing vehicle.
Tent, canopy, awning:
Tents, canopies and awnings designed and intended for recreational vehicles are allowed.
Canopies with external structures are not permitted, nor are fixed structures built separately on/next to the vehicle or tent.
Terrace:
You can have your own terrace under a separate canopy or equipment tent. Terraces can also be connected to each other. Terraces count towards the net built-up area.
Safety distances to other vehicles and permitted structures/roofs/tents must be taken into account before construction begins.
Fences:
The terrace can be fenced with a 90 – 100 cm high vertical boarded garden structure. The colour of the fence must be in keeping with the natural surroundings.
Residential accommodation, separate
Lightweight, moderately sized canopies are permitted where the shape of the site allows.
Consider the design, shape and colour of the canopy to suit the area when purchasing.
Equipment tent
An equipment tent for storing goods and equipment is allowed if it is suitable for the location.
Storage of other goods
The place must be neat and tidy.
Cleanliness and tidiness
Keep the place tidy. Make sure that there are no inappropriate items left around when you leave. Do not store any extra items under the trolley.
Handover of the site
When you leave the site, you must dismantle the structures and leave the site clean for the next one.
The terrace must also be removed, unless its removal has been agreed with the next occupant.
Demolition and removal are the responsibility of the user.
General information
The site must be equipped and constructed to suit the site, both in terms of form and structure.
The site must be in use. The mere storage of a caravan or other goods is not permitted.
The costs of site construction are borne by the builder, e.g. for the purchase of additional gravel for site levelling.
TU-Lomat Oy may order the removal of any structure. In general, attention will be paid to the cleanliness and appropriateness of the structure in relation to the rest of the environment, but removal may also be ordered without a specific explanation to the user.
Electrical connections for Kopparön wagons
The cable must be 3×2.5 mm² S, protective conductor or “earthed” weatherproof rubber cable of type H07RN or equivalent
Electricity consumption of annual and seasonal residents is charged according to the electricity meters of caravans and caravans. The accuracy of the readings can be verified by the meters at the distribution centres.
All electricity used by users must pass through the electricity meter
It is the responsibility of users to ensure that their electrical equipment is in the condition required by electrical safety regulations and does not pose a safety hazard to others
Distribution box fault circuit breakers must not be used to disconnect power
Unless you need electricity in your trailer while you are away, disconnect your wires from the electrical outlet of the switchboard so that there are as few live wires as possible on the ground
The maximum electrical load (=power) to be taken shall not exceed 3000 W (3 kW)
